关于初级II及以上认证教师教学范围的通知
Notice on Introductory 2 or above Certified Teachers Teaching Scope
2010年12月22日，艾扬格大师于印度亲自写下并向全球的艾扬格瑜伽协会发出了一封关于“2009年及以前认证和2010年及以后认证老师的各级别教学范围”的信函（见附件）。函中明确提出：这些变更的对象是新一代的教师，他们的大脑、思想、血液均充满了活力，他们极富创造力；他们必须得到正确的引导，才能避免跨出他们知识的边界。改变规定不是为了束缚思想，而是为了让教师健康地成长以及老师之间更有凝聚力。
On December 22, 2010, Guruji personally wrote a letter on the scope of teaching at all levels for those teachers who were certified in or prior to 2009 and teachers certified in and after 2010 from India, and sent it to all the Iyengar Yoga Association world wide (attachment) . The letter was clearly put forward: The new rules only apply to teachers certified in and after 2010. The changes were created for the next generation of teachers who have a fresh brain, mind, blood, and creativity; they have to be guided so they don’t cross the boundaries of their knowledge. The rules were changed not for rigidity, but to have a good sense of judgment so the teachers can grow in a healthy, cohesive atmosphere.
在2018年8月，协会代表与总院代表就中国艾扬格瑜伽体系的发展现状进行了多日的沟通，并获得总院的支持和新指引。现将有关内容及要求公布如下：
In August 2018, representatives of the association and representatives of RIMYI communicated for many days on the development status of Iyengar Yoga System of China, and received support and new guidance from RIMYI. The contents and requirements are hereby notified as follows:
1.只能开设90分钟以内的普通基础会员课；
Can only conduct general basic membership classes which are less than 90 minutes.
2.由于初级II认证老师尚未有足够的能力，他们还需要更多的时间，因此不得教授和开设密集课、主题课、分享课、专题课、工作坊等类似课程；
Due to the Introductory 2 certified teachers do not yet have the skill and therefore need more time so they must stop from giving the intensive course, thematic course, sharing course, special course, workshop etc.
1.已经获得艾扬格瑜伽中初级I及以上的认证老师可以开设密集课程及主题课程。
The teacher who has passed Intermediate Junior 1 certificate or above can hold the intensive course. The teachers with Intermediate Junior certificate can hold the course with specific theme.
2.中初级I老师不可对外宣传和开设包含“教学法、解剖学、孕期、理疗”等字眼的课程。中初级II老师则不可宣传和开设包含：“孕期或解剖”的专题课或工作坊，及包含“教学法、理疗”等字眼的课程。中初级III老师不可对外宣传和开设理疗课程。
Intermediate Junior 1 certificate teacher should not make any advertisement or open any course mentioning “teaching method, anatomy, pregnancy or therapy”. Intermediate Junior 2 certificate teacher should not make any advertisement or open any subject or workshop course on pregnancy, anatomy, or even mentioning“teaching method or therapy” . Intermediate Junior 3 certificate teacher should not make any advertisement or open any subject or workshop course on therapy.
3.每期密集课的全部时长不能超过2周（14个自然日），每天最多5个小时，中间休息3-4小时。每期密集课人数仅限于30人以内。
The total time of intensive course can last not more than 2 weeks, maximum 5 hours per day with a 3-4 hours break in between and it will less than 30 students.
4.中初级I或以上级别的老师应该将主要教学时间安排在会员课上。每年会员课的总时长应大于其它类型课程的累计时长。
A teacher should spend the majority of his/her teaching time conducting member classes.The total time of member class each year should be more than workshops, intensives or other types of courses combined.
三、所有认证老师需在每年续费时重新签订承诺书
All the certificated teachers should sign the letter of undertaking each year when pay for the membership fees
四、违规处理
Violation Handling
第一次违规：警告；第二次违规：警告，延迟一次升级考试资格；第三次取消艾扬格瑜伽认证老师的证书，如果想要恢复认证老师身份，需在取消证书的两年后向道德及认证委员会向评估委员会提出恢复申请，并可能向协会缴纳额外费用。
For a first time violation, a warning will be given. For the second time, a warning and postponing of the following assessment for 1 time will be given. For the third time, cancellation of a certificated teacher’s certificate is given. When and if the said practitioner is wanting to reinstate his/her certificate, they should apply to the Assessment Committee and Ethics Committee after two year period. An extra fee may be charged by the Association if the said practitioners reinstatement is granted.
以上所有要求将于2019年1月1日生效。
These rules will be effective on Jan 1st 2019.
